Selling Houses Might Be A Very Good Money Maker

After transferring to our present house nearly a year ago, I figured out we may want to transfer to another place because of difficult times that we had to encounter when we are living in the uptown city. One of this is the difficulty in accessing transportation since we had to walk a few blocks to ride a public utility vehicle and to address this problem, i had to spend good money and buy another car. See? This is not very ideal if you want to live in a dream house. Right?

Well, i figured out that I might be able to sell this house for a bigger price than my construction cost. I had a few offers before from mostly foreigners to loved the design of our house and more likely, im going to consider his offer and I think this would be a better deal.
